How we are paid

The short version
Devni Associates LLP is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-257048). We are paid commissions by the fund houses, insurers and other product providers whose products we distribute. We may receive commissions from Asset Management Companies, insurers and other product providers for the products we distribute.
Devni Associates is a Mutual Fund Distributor and does not provide investment advice.
Who pays us
AMCs pay us a commission on regular plans, built into the scheme's expense ratio. Direct plans carry no distributor commission.
The commission paid is shown in your Consolidated Account Statement.
Insurers and other product providers pay us for the products we arrange. Rates vary by product and are available on request.
Our commitment
Commission never decides what we suggest. We start with what you are working toward, explain the options in plain language, and tell you how we are paid before you invest.
If you ever want to know exactly what we earn on your investments, ask us. We will show you.
Grievances and complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us first. We will acknowledge your complaint and try to resolve it as quickly as we can.
