Who we are
This website is run by Devni Associates LLP, Flat 603, B-81, Golden Sobhagya, Rajendra Marg, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302007. We decide how your personal data collected through this website is used.
For any privacy question or request, contact Chandni Sharma at info@devniassociates.com or +91 99832 55502.
What we collect
When you ask for a call back, we receive:
- your name
- your mobile number
- the product you are interested in
- that you ticked the consent box
- the page you sent the form from, and the time
The form also has a hidden field that people do not see. It helps us block automated spam and does not collect anything about you.
Please do not send PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or passwords through the form. We will never ask for them on this website.
When you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to share. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
When you book a call through our calendar, the booking page is provided by Google. The details you enter (such as your name, email and the time you choose) are collected by Google and shared with us, under Google's privacy policy.
When you browse the website:
- Our hosting provider receives the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These are used to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- To protect the call back form from abuse, the website counts requests from each IP address for 10 minutes. This count is kept in memory only and is not stored.
- If analytics are switched on (see Cookies and similar technology), Google Analytics and Google Ads collect information about how you use the website.
How we use it
- to call you back, or reply to you, about your enquiry
- to help you with the products you ask about, if you choose to go ahead
- to understand how people use the website and to measure our Google advertising
- to keep the website and the form secure and working
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data.
Your consent
We use the details from the call back form because you agreed to be contacted when you ticked the consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us (see Your rights).
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website, and only as much as they need:

|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts the website and runs the call back form | United States and other countries |

If you decide to invest, we share the details needed to process your application with the fund house, its registrar (such as CAMS or KFintech), the transaction platform (such as BSE StAR MF), KYC registration agencies, and the insurer or other product provider concerned.
We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with a regulator, a court or law enforcement.
Cookies and similar technology
The website itself does not set cookies.
When you send the call back form, the website stores one small item in your browser's session storage. It tells the thank you page that a request was really sent, so it is counted once. It is removed as soon as the thank you page opens, and in any case when you close the tab.
If analytics are switched on, Google sets cookies to measure visits and the results of our advertising. These include:
Cookies set by Google
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells one browser from another | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of a visit | 2 years |

Google may set related cookies in some cases, and cookies on its own domains. Google lists them on its page about the cookies it uses for advertising and measurement (opens in a new tab).
Google Analytics and Google Ads receive the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location, how you reached the website (including from an ad), clicks on the WhatsApp and Call buttons, and a signal when a call back request has been sent. We do not send your name, phone number or the product you chose to Google.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt out browser add-on for Google Analytics (opens in a new tab), and manage ad personalisation in My Ad Center (opens in a new tab) in your Google account. The website works without these cookies.
How long we keep it
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months.
- Hosting and email delivery logs: Vercel keeps the logs of the website's server code for up to 1 day. Resend keeps each email, its delivery status and its logs for 30 days.
How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS. The call back form sends your details over an encrypted connection straight to our inbox; the website itself does not keep a database of enquiries. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct, complete or update it
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law
- stop contacting you (withdraw your consent)
- nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself
Write to info@devniassociates.com or call +91 99832 55502.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
